This page provides information about Norwegian fish producers who work together to take care of culture and tradition in the Norwegian fishing industry. Norwegian fish is quality, and there are many different production methods based on long traditions. Norsk Tradisjonsfisk and Slow Food supports this. Together, we want to give information about this to the people both nationally and internationally. 

In our gallery you can become better known with us. Here you will find, among other photos from our visit to Italy and the Slow Food fairs. Slow Food is a global, grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions, counteract the rise of fast life and combat people’s dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from and how our food choices affect the world around us.
